To ensure the longevity and beauty of your flowers, please follow these care instructions:

• Upon pick up, ensure your car stays cold without any direct air blowing on the flowers. Ensure the sun is not directly on the flowers.
• Do not leave the flowers in your car, take them inside as quickly as possible.
• Flowers must be fresh cut and placed into room temperature water as soon as possible.
• Water should be replaced and flowers recut every 2 days.
• Flowers should be stored in a at a temp of 40°F/4°C if possible.
• Do not expose flowers to extreme temperatures.
• Do not put flowers in the freezer.

To be able to provide wholesale pricing, our minimum order is $200.

Please email us hello@wholesaleflowersvancouver.com. Any changes within 10 days of the pick up date may result in a fee.

You may cancel your order at any time with applicable cancellation fees:

• 10% of the total cost, minimum $50.
• 50% of the total cost for cancellations between 30 and 14 days of the original pick up date.
• 100% of the total cost for cancellations within 14 days of the original pick up date.

Upon pick up, we will do a flower inspection with you to ensure they are in good condition. Once they are picked up, we are no longer responsible and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please follow our care instructions to ensure your flowers stay in good condition.

We may need to make substitutions last minute due to availability or quality of flowers. We may not be able to contact you, but will ensure to select something that is as similar as possible.
